Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. WP No.10766/2015 has been dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections under the order of this Court (Coram : N.W.Sambre, J.), dated 23/11/2015. By the first civil application, the applicant / original petitioner prays for leave to place the copy of the impugned order dated 22/02/2011 on record. By the second civil application, it is prayed that the order of this Court dated 23/11/2015 be recalled. 2.

The original petitioner submits that he now has a certified copy of the impugned order dated 22/02/2011. He will file it on record in the writ petition alongwith proper pagination. khs/SEPT. 2017/3243-d

Considering the above and in order to meet the ends of justice, both the civil applications are allowed. Learned Advocate for the petitioner, since is equipped with a certified copy of the impugned order, shall place the same on record within 1 (one) week from today, failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed on 09/10/2017 without reference to the Court.

Consequentially, the order of this Court dated 23/11/2015 shall stand recalled and the writ petition shall stand restored. 5.

Thereafter, list the writ petition for admission on 31/10/2017 by the consent of the parties.
