Present application has been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 1233 days condoned in filing first appeal. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent vehemently opposes the application on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate.

However, for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, liberal approach is taken and delay stands condoned. 4.
