In view of order dated 03.04.2025 applicant No.1 has deposited amount of Rs.7,00,000/-. We take that this amount would then be kept in Fixed Deposit as per the terms.

Now, taking into consideration the order that has been passed in Petition No.F-87/2024 before Family Court, Jalna and also the consent terms which have been got verified through learned Registrar (Judicial) on 25.03.2025, we take this to be the fit case where we should exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Advocate appearing for applicants submits that now the charge sheet is filed before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalna and, therefore, while passing the final order we are taking note of the case number before the learned Magistrate. Hence, following order.

ORDER

i) Criminal Application stands allowed.

14_Cri.Appln_726_2025 ii) The proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.630/2024 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalna arising out of First Information Report vide Crime No.130/2024 dated 09.04.2024 registered with Kadim Jalna Police Station, Dist. Jalna, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, stands quashed and set aside as against applicants viz. 1) Suraj Sudhakar Waydande, 2) Vandana Sudhakar Waydande and 3) Santosh Sudhakar Waydande.
