The application is filed for early hearing of the main second appeal, which is of the year 2011. It is significant to note that this court vide order dated 22/11/2017, granted liberty to applicants for filing application for early hearing, while dealing with similar application bearing CA NO. 13629 of 2017.

Thereafter, subsequent application for early hearing was allowed and the matter was fixed for final hearing. However, due to some reason the appeal could not be heard finally. However, at present the court is taking second appeals only up to the year, 1997 and since the present appeal is of 2011, it is difficult to fix it for final hearing at this juncture. In view of the same, the application stands rejected and disposed of accordingly at this stage.
