Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. C.K. Shinde AGP for Respondents: Mr. N.T. Bhagat Advocate for Respondents No.1 to 4 :Mr. M.P. Kale ...

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

Date: June 30, 2017 ...

PER COURT :- By this application, the original petitioner desires to bring on record certain events and some documents which are annexed to the Civil Application.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the application on the ground that the proposed paragraphs as well as the documents are on record in the writ petition.

I find that the proposed paragraphs and the documents as mentioned by the learned Advocate for the applicants are not in the writ petition. Since the petition is of 2012, it cannot be said that the petitioner is trying to delay the matter.

As such, the Civil Application is allowed. The petitioner shall carry out the amendment and place the documents on record and carry out the pagination as well, within a period of three weeks from today. They shall supply copy of the amended petition paper book to the respondents, who shall be at liberty to file their affidavit in reply, if so desired, within a period of three weeks from the receipt of the amended petition paper book.
