The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents submits that, the certificate in Form No. C would be issued to the petitioner within a period of one week. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. Said statement is accepted.

On receipt of the same, the petitioner shall submit the corrected tribe certificate with the Committee within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the same. The Committee shall expeditiously dispose of the validation proceedings within a

2 wp 2432.18 period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of the proceedings. The petitioner is doing internship, however, degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner till the validity certificate is submitted. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
