The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided is pending with the Education Officer (Primary) since June 2019.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided is pending with respondent no.5 (page no.35), then respondent no.5 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from the date of communication of the present order to him.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
