1] This petition challenges the order dated 21.2.2017 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge (J.D.), Chalisgaon. By the impugned order, the petitioner's application for amendment of the plaint under VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure was rejected.

2] Mr.P.D. Bachate, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition and raise his grievance, if any, in an appeal if filed against the final order in the suit. This in terms of Section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

3] The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn while granting aforesaid liberty.
