ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents No. 1, 2 and 4. Shri. A. S. Bayas, the learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent No. 3. 2.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending and the matter is now referred to the vigilance.

The petitioner has already appeared for Third (2) MBBS Winter-2017 Examination, however, the result is withheld only on the ground that the validity is not submitted. 4.
The respondent-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding under any circumstances within a period of five months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 19.03.2018. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner may have a right to prosecute his internship as may be permissible, however, shall not be issued with degree certificate unless and until the validity is produced.
