The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the promotion of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2. Same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the promotion of the petitioner as Junior Clerk (page No. 21) is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
