Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though order of suspension is revoked, the petitioner is placed on non functional post, the same is not contemplated as per rules. The proposal is submitted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Mr. Tope, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 3. The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case, the representation dated 14-02-2022 (Page No. 47) is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three (03) months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
