1] This review application seeks to review the order dated 31.1.2017 passed by this Court. The basis of the review application as set out in the petition itself is as under - "There appears to be a grave mistake on the face of the order dated 31.1.2017 regarding the

RA 102/17 in WP 4647/16 - 2 - interpretation of Section 152 and 21-A of the said Act."

2] The question of interpretation would undisputedly not fall into the class of orders which could be reviewed. The question of interpretation by itself would include within it a possible different view on the reading of the provision. It cannot be classified as an error apparent on the face of the record as contended by the petitioner.
