The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, petitioner has applied for issuance of caste certificate in proper Form - C. The petitioner has been issued with the caste certificate in incorrect format.

The petitioner shall file online application. The petitioner shall also surrender his original caste certificate received by him with the Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad. The Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad after receipt of the original caste certificate from the petitioner in incorrect format shall verify the same of having been issued from his office and if satisfied, shall issue caste certificate in proper Form C to the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of petitioner surrenders the original caste certificate and files online application.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
