This application is for condonation of delay for filing First Appeal against judgment and order dated 12/06/2012 in MACP No. 486/2006.

The applicant had sustained permanent blindness due to the injuries caused in the accident in question. Respondents though served have not appeared in the application to oppose the same. The delay caused in filing of the First Appeal is neither inordinate nor deliberate. 3.

Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

First Appeal be registered.
