O R D E R

Mr. Idrees A. Khan, Assistant Manager, National Insurance Company Ltd. present today and tenders on record a photocopy of terms of settlement and informs that original terms are before
-2District Legal Services Authority (hereinafter referred in short as 'DLSA'), Ahmednagar. He further informs that the appellant/original claimant is also before DLSA,Ahmednagar. 2.
We have ascertained the identification of the parties through Online and and with the assistance of Mrs. Bhagyashree Patil, Secretary DLSA, Ahmednagar. The original terms of settlement have already been confirmed and could be transmitted to High Court. We have verified that the parties are agreeable for disposing the appeal in view of the settlement which is marked as Exhibit-X. 3.
As per the agreement, the respondent/insurance company shall deposit an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- only (Rs.Two lacs fifty thousand only) within 45 days with MACT, Ahmednagar which shall be treated to be an undertaking. On depositing the amount, the same shall be disbursed to appellant/claimant alongwith interest.

First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement. Award be drawn accordingly.

The Court fees shall be refunded to the appellant as permissible in law.

This panel appreciates the sincere efforts taken by the learned Secretary of District Legal Services Authority, Aurangabad.
