The learned Advocate for the petitioner has a grievance that his stay application is still not considered.

This petition can be disposed by accepting the statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the revision filed by the petitioner pending before the Hon'ble Minister shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today.

During pendency of the revision, there shall be stay to the impugned order.

4.

The parties shall appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 05/04/2022. Notice of the hearing on 05/04/2022 is dispensed with.
