1) The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

2) In light of that, though Mr. Khade the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merit, we are not inclined to consider the same.
