Perused the record of the case. On 19.04.2017 respondent no.1 i.e. contesting respondent appeared in the matter. On that day the applicant and his advocate were absent. The matter was adjourned to 02.05.2017. On that day also, the matter could not be heard and it was adjourned to 08.06.2017. On 15.06.2017 none appeared for the applicant, however in the interest of justice matter was adjourned to 17.07.2017. On that day also, none appeared for the applicant. Thereafter, at least twice matter seems to have been adjourned, but none has appeared for the applicant. It appears that, the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the present application. Hence the following order.
