After arguing at length on merits, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned advocate for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, he however requests that since time to deposit amount has expired on 24.02.2024, said time may be extended.

Permission granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.

Time to deposit 20% of the amount is extended by three weeks.
