Issue notice to respondent nos.1 to 5. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 3. Mr. Lokhande, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent nos.4 and 5. 2.

The learned Advocate for respondent nos.4 and 5 placed on record a communication dated 14.03.2024 by respondent no.5 to him thereby accepting that the petitioner has submitted a proposal for starting 8th standard classes on self finance basis with his office. He undertakes that he would forward the said proposal towards Government.

In view of the said letter, which is taken on record marking Exhibit-A, the purpose of the petition would be served. 4.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to respondent nos.4 and 5 to forward the proposal to the
