Both the learned Advocates for the parties submit that there is an element of settlement involved in the matter. The parties are willing to settle the matter out of the Court. In view of the same, place the appeal before National Lokadalat scheduled to be held on 13.09.2025. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3711 OF 2011 IN FA/1607/2011 (FOR STAY) 01.

Since the amount of compensation is already deposited in the office of learned Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till disposal of the appeal. 02.

The Civil Application for stay stands allowed and is accordingly disposed off.
