Perused copies of the death certificate placed on record. It appears that during pendency of this appeal, respondents i.e. original accused died.

One Mr. Mahadeo s/o. Aanand Pawar, working as Police SubInspector, Police Station, Ausa, District Latur, has filed affidavit stating therein that he has verified the authenticity / genuineness of the death certificate.

In that view of the matter, since there are only two respondents and they died during the pendency of this appeal, the Appeal stands abated qua the respondents. The Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
