By way of this writ petition, the petitioner who is an accused in Regular Criminal Case no. 61 of 2018, is seeking expeditious disposal of the trial.

On the last date, the learned advocate for the petitioner has sought time on a query, as to whether any application is moved by the petitioner before the trial Court with same prayer. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has already filed that application.
