Considering the fact that the order under challenge is passed by the Education Officer after 01.01.2024, in light of modalities and the forum prescribed and created under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to the remedy. If the challenge is put up within three weeks, the appellate authority shall not refuse to entertain it only on the ground of limitation prescribed under that Government Resolution.
