The present applicant, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of Kandhar Police Station, Dist. Nanded in Crime No. 125 of 2015 for the offences
2 Cr. Appln. 1304-2016 punishable under section 420, 406, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, is praying for his release on bail, in the event of his arrest.

The F.I.R. filed by the complainant as well as the submissions from the side of the learned A.P.P. would show that there are no allegations that any subscriber to the scheme was cheated and this appears to be a dispute of civil nature, as to whether the commission to the commission agent is paid or not. 3.
Considering all the material on record, the application is allowed.

In the event of the arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 125 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 420, 406, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer, as and when reasonably called for the purposes

(3) months from the date of this order.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
