Mr.Nangare, learned counsel submits that petitioner had initially filed an application for rental compensation.

The petitioner was directed to file fresh proposal

2 W.P.No.3696/17 along with certain documents. The petitioner has complied the same and has filed fresh proposal with the Sub Divisional Officer and the SLAO on 13.6.2016. The same is not yet decided.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for Respondent Nos.1,2 and 4.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner and same is pending (page 48) with Respondent No.4 then the Respondent No.4 shall decide it in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
