1] The present civil application is filed to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.1 and 4 by condoning delay of 2217 and 635 days respectively in filing the present civil application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent nos. 1 and 4 have expired and the respondent nos. 2 and 3 are the legal heirs of the deceased respondent nos. 1 and 4. In view of the same, no steps are required to be taken in the matter.

3] In view of the same, Civil Application is disposed of. Necessary amendment to be carried out.
