The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the representation dated 23.10.2023 has been addressed to the District Collector's Office. The Petitioner's property is already utilized in a road widening project.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions from the PWD, that no road widening project is undertaken. It is just strengthening of the existing road. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner

938-WP-2510-2024.odt submits that whatever may be the stand of the authorities, the same should be reflected while dealing with the proposal of the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let the District Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.10.2023.

If he has jurisdiction to deal with the said application /representation, he would follow the due procedure laid down in law and convey the response of his office to the Petitioner, within 60 days.
