Present Petition has been filed for following relief:- "(B) By appropriate writ or direction like nature, the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Education Officer (Pri.), Zilha Parishad, Hingoli, may kindly be directed to consider the proposal of the Petitioner dated 9th March 2021, in respect of Approval of Nahida Begam Shaikh Moinoddin as an Assistant Teacher on Non Aided basis w.e.f. 1st March 2021, as expeditious as possible preferably within four weeks."
