The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent has married second time and he has children from the second wife. She does not wish to pursue the present marriage. 2.

In view of the same, the second appeal is disposed of with direction that the order passed by the trial court be implemented and the amounts deposited towards the alimony along with the accrued interest be paid over to the appellant forthwith.

In view of disposal of he Second Appeal, as such, any interim orders passed / stay granted earlier stands vacated. 4.

The respondent has disputed second marriage. Be that as it may, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with directions to the trial court to make payment of the alimony along with interest to the appellant.

R & P be forthwith remitted back to the trial court so as to enable the appellant to withdraw the alimony amount along with accrued interest.

In view of disposal of the Second Appeal the pending civil applications are also disposed of.
