On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the writ petition, it is manifest that the writ petition do not chronologically narrate the facts nor the relevant orders in the background of the impugned order which is assailed, are placed on record.

Though the pleadings in the writ petition are not to be construed strictly, however, the bare minimum expected is chronology of the events and the orders passed in the background who form the basis of the petition and since the fundamental facts are missing, the relief sought in the petition may be declined.

Realizing that the petition is faulty, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition upon a similar cause of action, but properly arranging the sequence of events and filing of various orders upon which the petition is filed, the petitioner is permitted to circulate the same.
