Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners have already impugned the order dated 30.01.2025 before the Appellate Authority.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing in this matter submits that appeals are pending as the alternate remedy and on instructions submits that portal for registration of vehicles is already opened. Though the appeals are pending, the petitioners are not restrained from registering their vehicles through the said portal.

We have expressed opinion that since the appeals are pending, there is no question to deal with these writ petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that directions may be issued to the appellate authority to expedite the appeals. 4.

The appeals are of the year 2025. We do not find substance in the prayer to expedite the appeals out of turn, hence both writ petitions stand dismissed.
