Heard Mr Thombre, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr Thombre submitted before us that the petitioners be permitted to approach the appropriate authority i.e. Municipal Corporation for redressal of their grievance and they be permitted to treat the writ petition as a representation to the authority.

In view of aforesaid submission of Mr Thombre, learned Counsel for the petitioners, the public interest litigation is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. In case, if the petitioner approaches respondent No.2, the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad to take appropriate decision on the representation, as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court, needless to state on its own merits.
