It is brought to the notice of this Court that writ petition no.9231 of 2023 is already disposed off vide order dated 9.11.2023. However, the Civil application 3080 of 2024 was pending for disposal and it was placed for consideration before this Court on 18.6.2024. In light of the aforesaid facts, the order dated 18.6.2024 needs to be corrected and instead of withdrawal of the writ petition the words Civil Application shall be replaced. Order be corrected and uploaded accordingly.
