Learned AGP submits on behalf of the State on instructions from respondent No.3 that this petition has been filed prematurely. The Hon'ble Minister/respondent No.1 herein has reserved Appeal No.2015/pra.kra.42/15­S for delivering his judgment. At this moment, no judgment has been delivered and the petitioners are unnecessarily creating an ado out of nothing. 2.

Recording the statement of the learned AGP that the proceedings mentioned above have been closed for judgment after hearing all the parties by the Hon'ble Minister, this petition is filed prematurely and is therefore dismissed.
