It is brought to my notice that First Appeal No.1990 of 2018 was wrongly tagged with the group of First Appeal No.1983 of 2018 with connected appeals and as such is shown to have been disposed of vide the common judgment and order passed in First Appeal No.1983 of 2018.

The learned counsel submitted that the present appeal was arising out of some different accident. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 has not disputed the correctness of the fact as are stated on behalf of the applicants. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the following order is

ORDER

i) The order dated 19.10.2018 passed in the group of appeals stands recalled so far as First Appeal No.1990 of 2018 is concerned and the said appeal is restored to its original file.
