Present civil application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 368 days caused in filing the appeal against judgment and award dated 27.10.2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No. 553 of 2010. 2.

Inspite of service of notice of this application, none appears for the respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay on the basis of submissions in para No. 3 of the application. 4.

Having considered submissions advanced and pleadings in

2 ca 13116.17 the application and more particularly in para No. 3 of the application sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence the civil application is allowed. The delay of 368 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered. The civil application is disposed of.
