The final hearing in this matter has commenced. After the charge sheet dated 08/07/1991 was fully read out, the issue as to which are the provisions under which the 5 charges are framed at page No.15, has been raised.

Learned Advocate for the respondent/Management submits that he would produce the rules under which these 5 charges are defined as mis-conducts.

By consent of the parties, stand over to 26/07/2018 as part heard.

Civil Application No.5378/2018 would not survive as the final hearing in this matter has commenced. The same is, therefore, disposed of.

In so far as CA No.5379/2018 is concerned, the petitioner desires to bring on record that he has attained the age of superannuation on 11/05/2012 and therefore seeks leave to amend the writ petition. Learned Advocate for the Management has opposed the application.

For the reasons set out, the said application is allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
