We have heard Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned counsel, who submits that the respondents be directed to call for progress of investigation of C.R. No. 91 of 2004.

Mr. Shinde, the learned A.P.P. submits that in fact, abate summary report has been filed in the said C.R. No. 91 of 2004 and as per his instruction, the same is pending.

The petitioner had not filed any complaint. The accused is also dead. In case the petitioner has any interest or right, he can file private complaint ventilating his grievance or protest application to
