Learned counsel submits that delay of 220 days caused due to some administrative difficulties such as to obtain opinion of the law officer of the concerned department and thereafter approval from office to prefer an appeal. Learned counsel submits that, even the original claimants have also preferred appeal and the same is tagged with the present application for condonation of delay. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent claimant no.1 has strongly resisted the application.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has explained the delay satisfactorily.
