By this Civil Application, the Petitioner desires to amend the Petition. Affidavits-in-reply are yet to be filed by the Respondents in the Writ Petition.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The Writ Petition shall be amended and a freshly typed copy of the memo of the Petition shall be filed on or before 22/03/2024.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added Respondent in the Writ Petition, returnable on 15/04/2024. Let the Respondents enter their affidavits-in-reply on or before 05/04/2024.

All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on or before 02/04/2024, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, on 03/04/2024.
