The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that during pending appeal an interim prayer was rejected by the Appellate Court, against which the present writ petitions are filed. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners further submits that the appeals itself is now decided and the order challenged before the Appellate Court is set aside and matter is remitted back to the Trial Court. In view of the same, he further submits that the petitions are rendered infructuous.
