The learned AGP has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to consider the petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. The petitioner may seek benefit under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
