The learned counsel for the Petitioner / applicant submits that after filing of the petition the Collector has terminated the contract. The petitioner / applicant has filed the civil application seeking leave to amend the writ petition.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in
