CORAM : R. G. AVACHAT, J.

DATED : 15th JUNE, 2022

(( 2 )) 924-928 - CRA-30-2022+ PER COURT :- .

After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant, this Court found the trial Court has rightly rejected the application for rejection of the plaint. None of the grounds under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure have been made out. The plaintiffs have come with the case of having been in possession of the suit premises as tenant. A relief for declaration of tenancy has been asked for. The same could only be granted or rejected when the parties go for trial of the suit. Even, no case is made out for issuance of notice.

2.

All the civil revision applications are dismissed. 3.

The trial Court is requested to decide the suit as early as possible, preferably within a period of one and half years from receipt of the copy of this order.
