The applicants are seeking withdrawal of 75% of deposited amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the connected matters, this Court has already allowed the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of deposited amount.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 Acquiring Body opposed the application.

Vide order dated 27-06-2023, this Court, in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount. In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of deposited amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis, till disposal of the appeal. 5.
