Before the learned Advocate for the Petitioners could open his submissions, the learned AGP has expressed regret and conveyed the apology of the Joint Director, Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee at Aurangabad, Smt. Sangita Chavan, that a mistake was committed in passing the impugned orders. The impugned orders will be withdrawn today itself and the next date of hearing to these Petitioners will be posted on 24th April, 2023 at 12:00 noon. The learned AGP, therefore, prays for leniency.

since the above statement has been made, these Petitions may be disposed off.
