Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the very outset, Mr. Bhosle, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Bhadane, learned AP would draw my attention to an order dated 7 March 2025, whereby this Applicant is protected. All the details in regard to FIR and the allegations have been noted in the said order. It appears that certain terms and conditions have been imposed in the said order. Pursuant to such terms and conditions, the Applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer. Mr. Bhadane, on instructions, would state that the Applicant has co-operated with the investigation. 3.

This would clearly indicate that the Applicant has joined the investigation pursuant to order dated 7 March 2025. As far as prima facie case is concerned, there is nothing in addition brought on record after the

order dated 7 March 2025 for the Court to take a different view. The Applicant does not have any criminal antecedents. In the given facts and circumstances, the order dated 7 March 2025 is hereby confirmed. There is no requirement of custodial interrogation of the Applicant. The following order shall meet the ends of justice:-

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with CR No.0012 of 2025 registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of the BNS, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The Applicant shall cooperate with the investigation and shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer of the Kranti Chowk Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, until filing of the charge-sheet. (iii) The Applicant shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as mobile number etc. to the concerned police station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately intimated to the concerned police station.

(iv) The Applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission/order of the Court, until further orders.

(v) The Applicant shall not influence the witness/es and/or tamper evidence in any manner whatsoever.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed in the above terms. 5.
