As a limited grievance is raised in the petition, namely, representation is submitted to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed on 10.08.2018 requesting the Chief Executive Officer to take appropriate steps, in view of this appropriation of the public funds and same is pending before the authority for considerable period. The petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent No.1. Mr.K.B. Jadhavar, wavies service of notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

We direct to respondent No.2 the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed to decide the representation dated 10.08.2018 as early as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court, needles to state an assessment of the merits of the representation.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of.
