The main application is already disposed of and only compliance of order dated 25.06.2025 was remained to be carried out, whereby the concerned Police Officer i.e. Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar was directed to hold the inquiry against the then Assistant Sub Inspector Mr. V. M. Patil.

Today, the learned APP has placed on record the communication dated 14.10.2025, received from the Special Inspector General of Police, Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, stating that the show cause notice regarding the proposed punishment of withholding three increments of Mr. V.M. Patil has already been issued. Thus sufficient compliance appears to have been made with the directions of this Court in view of the aforesaid order. The said
